Abstract

The present paper focuses on the monitoring and control process within the activity of the public administration authorities by the Monitoring, Control and Solicitor’s office Board from the General Board of Legislative and Administrative Organization of the Public Service Officers National Agency. Through the monitoring and control process, one of the attributes of the public management, the emphasis falls on the way of putting the legislation into practice in relation to the position of the public service officer in order to forestall the errors in decision-making, to do away with them whenever they tend to manifest themselves, to ensure the permanent improvement of the activity so that it properly fits the social needs of a given stage.
