Abstract

In the study entitled „Some considerations on the legal responsibility of the National Bank of Romania for certain norms with a technical character”, the authors reveal the risk factor implied by the detachment from any responsibility of an institution that has to supervise and regulate the framework of the banking system activity which represents a key element in the contemporary economy.
