Impactul interacțiunii dintre statul de drept și politica de coeziune a Uniunii Europene
Abstract
The interaction between the rule of law and the cohesion policy of the European Union is important for understanding the social and economic dynamics in EU member states. This paper investigates the impact of rule of law compliance on the effectiveness of cohesion policy, analyzing how mechanisms for monitoring and safeguarding the rule of law influence the distribution of EU funds and project implementation. Additionally, it examines the consequences of rule of law violations on social and economic cohesion in affected member states. By evaluating these aspects, the paper aims to provide a deeper understanding of how the rule of law compliance and EU cohesion policy intersect and to propose recommendations for enhancing social and economic cohesion within the European Union.
