Abstract


This article discusses a current issue regarding local public administration in Romania, specifically how outsourcing certain services can benefit the functioning of the administrative apparatus from a project management perspective, highlighting both the advantages and risks involved. It is particularly interesting to explore the main factors that influence local public administrations in Romania when accessing external services for project management.
