Efectele economice și sociale ale achizițiilor ecologice în transportul public de călători, în contextul strategiei de dezvoltare: cazul municipiului Cluj-Napoca
Abstract
In a world of interdependencies and continuous reduction of resources, in which development strategies at national and community level configure the evolution of the society, ecological acquisitions represent a tool for reconciling present and future interests. Their impact on the society entails financial, economic, but especially social costs, and at the same time generates economic, social and environmental benefits. Quantifying and evaluating them, as well as the use of cost information in public investment policies and services for citizens, is necessary, opportune, and even decisive in generalizing green acquisitions at the level of urban local communities. In this context, quantifying and evaluating the costs and benefits of green acquisition are tools used in decision-making models. The cost information can be found in the monitoring and control instruments of the performance of the type of dashboard. The purpose of using the cost information is to include the integrated reporting of the local public transport companies.
