Abstract

Public administration has undergone a transformation process that involves the multiplication of interlocutors it deals with and, implicitly, of the relations in which it is involved. Thus, modern public administration involves also a continuous improvement and modernization of communication processes and communication means used, by adopting techniques and developing public relations activities that are considered the main instruments by which organizational communication is realized. In order to make more efficient the communication processes performed in the context of public administration’s specific context, it is necessary to identify the deficiencies, obstacles and needs to improve communication processes, by involving public relations practitioners.
