Abstract


Organizational culture is a very important topic for both the organization management and the academic research. This paper tries to analyze the existing literature on organizational culture in Romania. The objective is to see how popular the topic is among Romanian researchers, which theoretical approaches and methodology they use and how similar the conclusions they reached are.
