Rolul managerului de proiect în implementarea proiectelor cu finanțare europeană
Abstract
The present article is intended to develop an analysis of the role that the project manager has in project implementation from a dual perspective: his/her involvement in implementing EU-fnanced projects, and coordination, as a means to orient and integrate the activities of the team in order to reach the established objectives. As the coordination of the project team is one of the most important and time consuming responsibilities of a project manager, a good project manager must know how to rigorously plan human resources, assign roles and responsibi-lities to each team member, improve competencies and interactions of team members, follow individual performance and, last but not least, solve problems and conficts emerging inside the project team.
