Cziprián LORAND KOVÁCS, Liviu RADU

Abstract

In the modern theory of state, public administration appears like a different, distinguished state-power. However one of the fundamental issue that a modern state have to solve is the means and the degree of control that the other powers of the state have to exercise on public administration. The present paper is a short presentation of the main forms of control over the public administration that are mostly used by the legislative, judicial and executive power.
