Analiza diferențială în acțiuni de justiție de mediu

Cristina DOBROTĂ, Radu BARNA

Abstract

Environmental Justice is the fair treatment and meaningful involvement of all people regardless of race, national origin or income with respect to the development, implementation, and enforcement of environmental laws, regulations and policies. Many factors should be considered when identifying and evaluating environmental justice concerns. Given the subjective nature of the elements that are important to environmental justice analyses, some consideration of the factors or characteristics that may lead to disproportionately high and adverse effects to a community may prove to be useful when conducting such analyses.
