Abstract

Decision-making is part of the daily work of a manager, working both in public or private sector. Professional literature in Romania has discussed so far quite extensively decision-making processes in the private sector, though applications for public sector are so far timid. This article offers an introductive presentation of managerial and political approaches of decision-making processes, with focus on quick and basic methods that help the problem structuring stage.
