Abstract


Judicial review, in all its possible forms, recently represents the object of significant interest in some EU member states, as it is considered an important means of resolving conflicts between public administration and the citizens. The certain advantages of judicial review and mandatory preliminary procedure, as observed in practice, represent important elements in maintaining and supporting in the Romanian legislation these alternative methods of dispute resolution when the subjects are public administration and private persons. The article identifies and promotes such innovative solutions for the Romanian legal context.
