Principiul subsidiarității în dreptul comunitar

Raluca VELIŞCU

Abstract

Subsidiarity will be a permanent concept for the EC law and policy, since the Community needs to develop its own method of assimilating national and regional diversity within broather integrated structures. Also, the principle of subsidiarity aplied to the EU is meant to reassure member states and citizens about their rights. It is a powerful normative concept, and it may be expected to become an even stronger influence on the evolution of the EU.
