Administraţia sistemului public de pensii din România între teorie şi practică
Abstract
The problem of insufficient financial resources of the State Social Insurance Budget, reflected in its growing deficit, is quite current. In this context, the institution responsible for the administration of the public pension system, namely the National House of Public Pensions, should operate in a more efficient manner with the available resources that are smaller than the demand. Reality, however, shows a different situation: irregularities, errors and deficiencies in the administration of the public pension system, resulting in a substantial damage. This diminishes the rights of today’s and tomorrow’s pensioners.
