Abstract

One of the most common reason employed in explaining the successes or failures in the public and private organizations management is related to leadership. For the public manager the lack of abilities in this particular area could be extremelly sensitive. In this article we are trying to present some of the most important theoretical aspects in the study of leadership in public administration.
