Procedura abordării tacite: inerție sau garanție? Privire comparativă asupra sistemului legislativ român și francez

Narcisa Gabriela BODEA

Abstract

Implicit Decision of Acceptance Law is meant to limit possible violations of bureaucrats against citizens. Some legislative omissions may generate controversial situations – a reason for our proposal for clarifying the terms of the law.
