Cultura organizațională în administrația publică

Abstract


The concept of organizational culture is important when attempting to manage public or private organizations. Members of an organization soon come to sense the particular culture of an organization. In this article we try to explore the main concepts related to organizational culture and to emphasize the influence that values, asumptions, norms has on outcomes of a public organization.
