Conflictul în cadrul organizațiilor

Abstract


Even if we are looking for a perfect organization, our attempt will not be a successfully one. The most often met conflicts in the organization are the work conflicts that are considered as a negative attitude that have to be immediately eliminated; in the same time, these kind of conflicts are considered to be necessary by determining important changes in the organization. Once the conflict appeared, it has to be solved through the co-operation of the both sides involved, an important function having the moderators, their ability being crucial for the organization's fate. But, in order to avoid any troubles, the best solution it would be equilibrium between the employer and employees, the dialogue being one of the most efficient ways to solve the disagreements.
