Negocierea contractului colectiv de muncă la nivel de instituție publică - Proces și rezultat
Abstract
The Collective Labor Contract is the result of an agreement between the employees and their employer. However, the most relevant aspect is the way and steps that lead to this result, namely the entire process of negotiation. Upon this process and the way negotiators choose to use their abilities, personal qualities, tactics, tricks and strategies in order to reach their goals, will depend this agreement. So, to be able to understand the final agreement, the whole process must be taken in consideration, but also the legal and economical conditions, especially when dealing with public institutions. It is also recommended that people should be informed about the entire process, not only about its results.
