Leadership și dezvoltare organizațională în administrația publică locală din România
Abstract
No intervention in the process of organizational development will be successful without the support of the organization’s leadership. This article focuses on organizational development from the perspective of leadership. It analyses the level of leadership abilities within public organizations from the Transylvania region. This study offers a structured image of the problems public organizations are confronted with regarding the process of organizational development.
