Considerații privind reforma în domeniul funcției și funcționarului public în România din perspectiva evoluției cadrului normativ

Abstract

The reform of Romanian public administration was one of the declared major objectives of all governments in power in the last years. Several measures have been taken to achieve this objective ranging from legislative changes to projects aiming to support modernization especially at local level. Adopting the legal framework, as a required premise for the reforming process, was the first step in the reform of civil service.
