Caracteristici ale activităților de comunicare cu publicul în context administrativ: aspecte teoretice și practice

Abstract

The communication activity, in its most diverse forms, is an important component of public administration activities, having an instrumental value related to the activities of public administration. The success in achieving objectives by public authorities depends, in part, on the efficiency of communication undertakings, which are differently addressed by the authorities in the context in which the law only includes generic obligations to this end. Thus, communication practices are being developed at institutional level, which reflects the level of awareness of public authorities with regard to the functions of communication and the need to communicate, especially with their public.
